First Grade was fun. This year I studied Math 2, spelling level E, geography, states, Bible timeline, a quarter program, and grammar. I started collecting pennies and quarters. My favorite subject was geography.
Moving to Texas was a lot of work. The movers packed everything up. Our house is big and we live on the edge of San Antonio.
When Zachary was born, me and Grandma took trips to the hospital 3 days in a row. Zach was really cute and I even got to hold him.
I am looking forward to doing astronomy. I really want to do it a lot. I am really looking forward to doing grade 2.
We went to The Spaghetti Warehouse to celebrate.

Congratulations Emily! Uncle Tim and I are so proud of you and all the learning you accomplished this year in school. I can't believe you are going to be in second grade now. Have a great summer!
